Leigh is an accomplished financial executive with broad management and capital markets experience across multiple industries including banking, oil & gas, IT/SaaS, law firms, healthcare, international recruitment and watersports. He has worked with companies with activities in Europe, the US, Latin America and the Middle East. Leigh is a consummate all-rounder when it comes to the art of managing the CFO function in Germany. He is committed to ensuring the smooth running of any business from the financial perspective. He quickly understands the “big picture” and where the company is going and then goes on to manage the intricacies of all aspects of the company’s financial health. With both British and German citizenship, being fully bilingual and after 30 years corporate experience in Germany, his forté is acting as the financial bridge between international operations and German activities as well as helping start-ups in all aspects within the CFO scope. Leigh has been on both sides of the fence when it comes to raising capital. In his first career in investment banking with Barclays Bank and Merrill Lynch. And in his second career as CEO/CFO of Activa Resources AG, a German listed holding company. In addition to his professional activity, Leigh has applied his abilities in voluntary activities in the local community. In particular, he acted as Treasurer of a Kindergarten for 5 years. Leigh is married and has three children, two of whom have flown the nest and are working and studying internationally. When not working, Leigh is a keen guitar player, which he likes to play simultaneously with a blues harp.

Jens is an experienced entrepreneur and CFO. He was a co-fouder of ec4u, a Karlsruhe-based IT consultancy which he built from scratch to 400 employees. In addition to being the CFO through each of the company's growth phases, he was also responsible for HR, digitalization, procurement and facility management. Today, Jens is business angel and provider of CFO as a Service in Germany.

DR. RÜDIGER TIEDEMANN

Rüdiger is a hands-on and result driven senior accounting, controlling and financial management executive with more than 30 years of experience with start-ups, global mid-size groups and billion $ companies. These abilities set him apart: Initiate, develop and direct administrative operations providing quality assurance and control. Responsible for managing all personnel activities including recruiting, hiring, promotion and salary management. Demonstrated organizational and negotiation skills and the ability to prioritize multiple and complex tasks with conflicting deadlines. Proven ability to work independently as well as perform as a team member. Exercise a high degree of discretion, mature judgement, and tact in handling issues of sensitive nature. Advanced knowledge of IT systems including MS Office and standard ERP systems as R/3 and MS Dynamics NAV. Strong leadership, problem solver, planning, team building and project management skills. Experience with SOX & compliance as well as turnaround / distressed / insolvency situations.

Stephan is specialized in Finance Ops for Start-Ups and SME's, focused on propelling financial success and operational efficiency. He provides digital accounting services, business process optimization, and comprehensive financial planning and analysis. His startup support includes business plan development, investor relations, and strategic advisory services.
FRÉDÉRIC FERRARI

Frédéric has been supporting medium-sized industrial companies in Germany, Benelux and France since 2013. Prior to that he spent 22 years as head of controlling, commercial director/managing director in German industrial SMEs with international group links . He is a highly experienced executive interim manager, consultant and project manager and has worked in various crisis situations and strategic phases: Turnaround, restructuring, carve-out, post acquisition or merger integration, earnings crisis, liquidity crisis / cash management with e.g. Agicap, transformation, SAP migration to S4 HANA.

Rene is a result-oriented CFO/Finance Director with many years of extensive international experience. Born in Denmark, he has lived in many areas of the world. Today, based in Berlin he provides CFO as a Service primarily to German companies. Andrea joined the Peak Consulting team in Germany in February 2024. She is a highly experienced Finance, HR and Operations executive for SME's. In addition to working with our clients, she is also responsible for Business Development at Peak Consulting. Before joining Peak she spent four years as HR & Operations Manager at a Munich-based M&A boutique.
